Refund policy
Returns and withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Email info@lumelaatelier.com with your order number and say you would like to return it.
- Send the item back within 10 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund your payment within 14 days, using the method you paid with.
Return conditions. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with the invoice or order details. If an item shows signs of wear or damage, we may deduct an amount for the loss in its value.
Shipping refund. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping fee you paid. If you return only part of your order, the shipping fee is not refunded.
Customs charges. Duties and similar charges paid on international orders cannot be refunded by us unless the relevant authority refunds them.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumelaatelier.com with photos. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the shipping costs.
Your legal rights regarding manufacturing defects remain unaffected.
Return address
Once we receive your return request, we will email you the return address.
Please email us before sending anything back. We may not be able to trace returns we have not been told about.
