Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Delivery time varies by courier and delivery address; the estimated delivery time is given in your order confirmation.

Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates; public holidays, customs processing and courier delays can extend them. Delivery never takes longer than 30 days.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside Türkiye may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or similar charges in the destination country. If these are collected at checkout they appear in your order summary; otherwise you pay them on delivery.

On delivery. Please check the outer packaging when you receive your parcel. If it is damaged or has been opened, ask the courier to record it in writing and take a photo.
